Ingrid is the founder of Vertex Counseling & Wellness and the Couples & Relationships Counseling Center (CRC Center). She holds a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is trained in the Gottman Method and is fully LGBTQ+ affirming in her work with couples and diverse relationship structures.
